I am currently using a ALPHA Impress model instant water heater. To my disappointment and frustration, it has failed to churn out hot/warm water after less than 6 months in usage.
I understand ALPHA instant heaters are made from Malaysia and is a Malaysian brand. I regret not choosing a Japanese made product which is heard from friends are more reliable.
The Company that sells it ALPHA Sales & Services Pte Ltd also has a customer service person, known as Agnes who is totally unfriendly and arrogant. She will tell you that all her service repairmen are busy and its up to u to match their time. When you ask for the owner, Mr Tay they will tell you he is very busy man too.
Any recommendations what other brands are better as trying to solve the problem at ALPHA has become an exasperation process. Sad that I wasted money on an ALPHA machine when I could have bought an Ariston at a lesser price.
