Highly recomended ID Benson Lo, who design up my house in to a DREAM HOME

Having searching and hunting for a good id is really very hard and tiring. Why do we need to search for good ids? I have a bad experience on my pervious house at ang mo Kio.This time round due to many recommendation from my friends and Singapore reno web pages,I found a good id cum contractor. It was no other id but Benson Lo from Benzdesign Studio, the creativity of my house interior design is very nice. During our renovation process, He is always on the ball. My wife and i would like to thanks him for all the effort and hard work to pull our through during the renovation period, We are indeed happy with his services. He use designs to blend out a concept theme for our new home. Our renovation price is also reasonable. Whenever we call him, he would always respond back to us. Even after we settle the outstanding amount for the renovation works.

The workmanship is ok compare to the last house done up by other pervious id. ?I would like to highly recommended Benson lo from Benzdesign Studio. his handphone no. is 94556664

After seeing so many reviews of Benson Lo from Benzdesign Studio. I decided to share my experience with everyone.

I was searching ard for a id to renovate my house. i have been looking through a lot of renovation web pages, there are a lot of introduction and i was confused. I here by talk on line with one of the members and true enough, someone highly recommended Benson Lo. We decided to meet up with him.

True enough, he is good in certain ways and we felt very comfortable with him. we short list a few ids and he is the one of them. We do not go for price war. We are actually looking for nice simple design to be applied with our house. We know that cheap doesnt mean good. Benson quoted me a reasonable price. Often, we can't made up our mind, we always change our house design and layout. Benson is very patient with us. He again would guide us into it. Through out the reno works started to the end, He would often be on the site to see the reno works no matter how busy he is.

What give us his attention is that he really put in so many effort to see that the renovation works is smooth

For my house design, most of my friends said that my house design is very very nice. I will decide to post my house pics when im free.

Hi, Im Eileen, my house was done up by Benson Lo from Benzdesign Studio. We are really happy with our newly done up place. The house layout and design is very nice and at first that we could not actually believe it. Benson Lo have done up a total 100% extreme make over of our house. He has created a luxury modern concept style for us. its not the same anymore, We have already say good bye to our present grim dull house.During our house warming, My friends agree with one another and said that my house is welly done up plus the design is very nice. We are happy to have Benson to be our id.

Hi my house is a HDB 3room resale flat at serangoon 300+ ave 2. I bought over this Flat and it is 16 years old. I went around looking for someone to renovate my place. I been through so many id firms and contractor offices. I have been around looking for house design and good price. in my hands, there are over 16 quotations not simply by email, but visiting showflats. For all the showflats ive been visiting, they don't have the design i have in mind, everything is the same . Example the layout, i gave to an id, We need to tell them what we want, and they really do that. Everything is copy and paste. nothing new.They could not give me what i really want.Further more the price of the reno quotes are so expensive.

For me, i do not go for the cheapest because i actually looking for simply and modern kind of look. I began to search through singapore renovation web pages online.
When i looked into the googles search, i began to type Singapore Highly recommended popular Id. There it was BenzDesign Studio, the young Id with the name of Benson Lo.That was very interesting. I do up my research and found out that He is even more popular then in the Singapore renovation web pages.

I began to meet up with him and true enough after seeing my floor plan and he told me that he could do wonders in my house. He began to propose our house layout and could even drew out on the spot trying to blend in heels of dare devil luxury type style of Design that contrast the whole house and could turn my 3rm HDB home into a studio apartment.

I could not actually believe it ready. I was amazed and jam at the momment. It was very nice and out from the immoral.I began to sign up with him.

I hereby highly recommended Benson Lo from BenzDesign Studio. He is the type of Id cum contractor. He is well verse in home interior and could really do wonders to your home interior. I don't really go for the cheapest and i really dont mind paying a bit more for his services. His service is great. Its really worth paying.

At our serangoon neighbourhood, My house unit is very popular. Most of my neighbours said that my house is really very very nice and they have been talking abt it. its been spreading ard the area.

One of the neighbours in the estate told me that Serangoon is an old estate and the interior is starting to be falling apart. The walls and floors are hollow in many areas. They said that wow your house can do until like tat is very very nice. They began to ask more details abt my reno and my id.

i too met up with Benson Lo from Benzdesign studio, as usual, same like everyone else, we would look out for ids to do up our condo. After searching for a month or so, we manage to get Benson Lo contact no. from the forumers. We are happy to have him as our id. As he is well verse in interior designs, He manage to work on couple of nice interior concept for us.

We are all happy with his services and designs. on the process of the renovation, he would put in a lot of effect to see that work was on going smoothly. We hereby thanks the forumers out there who recommend Benson to us. We are going to post our beautiful house into the forum once we start to settle down.

As he is difficult to arrange an appointment with him. My elder brother waited for quite some time & manage to book an appointment with him, Anyway, it was worth waiting. My brother been to few ids firm and they have not interest him at all. During the first meet up with Benson Lo, The meet up seems to last for hours as they are featuring it out for the best designs for different parts of the house layout.

Every meet up is very long as Benson was trying to get the best stuffs out of everything, He is quite straight forward to make decisions for my brother.
At the first place, He would come out with something for my brother to choose. End of the day after chosing every material , my brother would choose back the samples that Benson chose at the first place.


Everyone seems comfortable with him as they are now at the right track.
During the on going renovation, most of the time ,he will be at my brother house to look through the reno process. No wonder Hes every busy.
Through out the whole renovation, Every thing is in good hands.

His design (for me) is functional and come with alot of storage. I love my feature wall and walk-in wardrobe. My wife love her dressing corner and it was kept tidy all these while after we have shifted. Design surely is a factor to our emotional thought. Good job.

My place was renovated by Benson Lo and I absolutely need to thank some of the forummers here whom introduce him to me.
At first I was quite reluctantly on approaching him, for fear its just some form of advertisement. But well, I still went ahead (no harm trying).
I don't think busy firm like them has time to 'chat' here.
