I just wish to narrated the below story and hope no one falls into the same situations asme around Jun 09 i had spent around 32k renovating my whole house with the company:

Only about three months after the renovation, the following problems arises.
1) The kitchen cabinet and dish tray cabinet is loosen
2) The common toliet, toilet bowl is not attach properly and is presently leaking
3) The WORSE of all is my master bedroom toilet piping is leaking from the top
I then made a call to complain about the matter but did not get any response or update from after two weeks. Then, i drop an official complains to the company and received a called from the manager and arranged a date for the above mentioned problems to be retified. I just want to highlight that he does not sound very polite and friendly over the phone.
On the particular day itself, a mechanic came on specific time and repair problem no.1, but not the plumber. For info, the time given to me was 2pm to 7pm and i was latter informed by the manager, after sms him at 7.15pm, that the plumber would be arriving only 8pm to 9pm. I waited and waited and two plumber arrived at 8.30pm.
To my fuming, the plumber told me that problem number 3 does not belongs to them and they cannot do it for me. I then call up the company and was told by the manager that i either have to contact hdb on the matter or get a quotation from them then they will repiar for me. I then chase the plumbers out without even repairing problem 2 because i was so angry and could not believe what i heard was true.
I told the manager that i spent 32k and during the course of reonovation, i had ask the contactors to paint the pipe but now, they just just disclaimed all responsibilities. And prior to signing the contract with them i was told that they have two years warranty on their worksmanship, but was never informed of such additional expenses. I just felt that they have not after sales services and i regretted asking them to renovated my home. If i really have to pay, i rather pay other contractor to repair my rather than City Design, which i really feel cheated by them.
As a consumer, I am really unset and traumatize by such occurence and do not know where else can i complain to let more people know my encounterd. Thus, i sincerely hope i can create an awareness to the public that such company exist in Singapore.
