What are the terms and conditions I should put in Interior Designers contract?

Can anybody share what are the terms and conditions that I should put in in ID contract?

And what unfair terms and conditions that I should insist be taken out?

Actually diffrent design film they will give u the diffren terms and conditions.But u must give them the date u prefer to finish the renovation.
