Hi, would like to know the quotation for small renovation for the bathroom on HDB flat.

The bathroom size is 1.5 x 2.5sqm (appr. 40 sqft), I just want to renovate the flooring - I'm thinking either tiles resurfacing or overlaying (whichever is cheaper). Currently using 300 x 300 mm ceramic tiles.
