Bad job done by carpentry

Recently, I have assign a carpentry from a webpage located at sungei kadut, to custom made a TV Console at my master bedroom .Stated at the webpage that has
"BEST PRICE WITH GOOD QUALITY MATERIALS ,
WE SERVE WITH INTEGRITY-HONESTY, NO GIMMICKS ".and say that provide with
"We have a Quality Control Dept. to check our quality & Workmanship of products"
This assignment was told to be done on feb'09 and till now job have not finish by his mistakes with his each appt visited. First was the wrong measurement done then cracks on the tabletop,follow by the drawer tracks runner and so on... The worst thing is at times i call him up to arranged an appt,he began to raise his voice and shout at me saying I'm too much, did not give him enough time.It just a Tv console and take me 2 months till now.The wrong thing I've done is that I have make full payment to him as he beg and told me he having a bad cash flow and wish I could help him, but didn't realize that this could be the outcome later.
Please advise what can i do?

I thought of lodging a complaint to CASE ,but does that reflect to the carpentry a warning letter, if not then will be wasting of time. I also saw the website at CASE that also apply with a small fee .:confused:

I believed of places to stay a issue to CASE ,but does that indicate to the construction a caution mail, if not then will be spending of your time and energy and effort. I also saw the web page at CASE that also utilize with a little fee .
