Hi,
You will need to do plastering before painting to stop the crack coming back.

Hi,
what I think can be done is to scrape off the cracks pcs on the wall then use the white plastered on wall to make it smooth and repaint again. But one of a good designer i know off told me that the brand of the paint could be the same but results of durable could be difference, reason for that could be the expiry date of paint when the painting contractor using it. Just a little tips for you.

If you need to know about this question, you need a contractor who can sort this problem or else you can also fix them from plaster and after that you can paint that wall.

the main thing is this what the reason behind this scenario that why is it so?
the main reason of crack should be the damp of wall. so if you want to cover then then your plaster of paris with cement.

You can use seek-a-flex, which adheres well to concrete and contracts and expands with it. Its basically a silicone. May be spelled sic-a-flex.
