Can be expensive, why not consider off the shelf, much cheaper that way.

We had lots of stuff made by the people of elm workshop (google it). They have always done a terrific job for us, we never had problems and quality is top-notch.

They have a some pieces in their warehouse but can do anything you like. We found it particularly helpful that they are both native english speakers which makes explaining what you actually want a lot easier. They are not the cheapest though, but we found it rather reasonable.
