Don't engage this ID Firm or else you will regret and stay in an eye sore house. Always ask for $1,000.00 deposit and promised will give you 3D designs. Once signed a contract with them, they will demand money from you. all they know is money and work is sloppiest done and most of the time 60 to 70% completed and you already paid almost 95% but u will not be able to find them after that. Delayed the handover date. You will see them at all home exhibitions and they always set up their booth near to the main entrance.

If anyone interested to know more of what happened to their clients and their clients stories, can PM me and i can let you know in details what happened and also some of the clients' stories which they had requested the administrator to remove from the website. All threads posted are mostly negative feedback.

I heard about their bad services too. BTW, have you gotten to know of any better ones instead? Recently, need to touch up a few things but had enough of those that advertise cos not true to what they say. Any recommendations or will reno firms take up small jobs?

Yes, in my midst of renovation, i get to know Eric Lim from Summit Design, he helped me a lot and also give me lots of advise even though i didn't engage him for many of the works as i only need to touch up and rectified the works after what Moss Emmanuel had done to my house. :(
